This candle-lit sound bath, centered on the Autumnal Equinox, offers a powerful opportunity to embrace the balance of light and dark, reflection and release. This seasonal shift marks a moment of equilibrium, inviting participants to honor the completion of cycles and the turning inward that naturally occurs as days grow shorter.

Rhythmic and grounding, this sound journey attunes to the energetic transition of the season, guiding participants to release what no longer serves them and create space for inner clarity, gratitude, and harmony. Inspired by the cycles of nature, balancing tones and elemental vibrations encourage a resourced embrace of change and transformation.

This event is welcoming to people of all genders, sexual orientations, racial and ethnic experiences, and religious (or not) affiliations. Please bring a mat or blanket for your comfort.

  • We’ll be gathering at BeWell in Providence, RI.

    The address is:

    You will get a confirmation email with the address and details once you register.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early (5:45 pm) to find parking, set up your mat, and get comfortable before the sound experience begins.

  • Please Bring:

    • A yoga mat to stretch out on (the space has a few, but not enough for everyone)

    • A water bottle

    • A journal and pen

  • We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation to welcome our bodies into the space. You’ll be invited to lie down or find a comfortable seat for the sound journey. The venue has blankets, cushions, and bolsters for your comfort.

    During the sound bath, you’ll hear crystal and brass singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums. All you need to do is breathe and listen to the instruments, you’re welcome to keep your eyes open or closed.

    The sound journey will last around 55 minutes with a few minutes at the end to check in and integrate the experience.
