Sensual Care is a 3-day weekend retreat intended to invite participants into an embodied exploration of their sensual selves.
Within this container, you will be guided through deep work to reveal and transform the limiting beliefs, fear, shame, and unconscious blocks that you hold around sexuality and pleasure. You’ll spend time consciously connecting to your body, your desires, and your erotic authenticity to cultivate a deeper understanding of the power and potential of your sexual self.

We’ll explore our senses. Listen deeply to your desires and expand your relationship to your sexuality, pleasure, and nourishment through the body.
Throughout our time together, you’ll have an opportunity to drop into your internal sensory world through breath, movement, embodied meditations, sound healing, and sensual self-care practices.

TIME IN NATURE
Nestled in 23-acres of sacred forest, The NEST is a sanctuary for healing and nourishment. Held by the land, the streams, and the forest, the vibrancy of nature will act as another source of connection and inspiration during the retreat.

The NEST has a variety of shared and private rooms available. A 2 nights stay is included in the retreat price.

Your retreat fee will include a welcome dinner Friday evening and breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. And a special chef-prepared sensual dinner on Saturday evening.

Along with the beautiful natural resources, The NEST has a wood fired sauna and hot tub for us to enjoy.

This retreat is open to all those who identify as women or non-binary, all sexual orientations, and relationship configurations welcome. No previous experience or knowledge of Family Constellations is necessary.

About the Facilitator
Hi, I’m Elise Bish. I’m a conscious sexuality educator, systemic family constellations facilitator, folk herbalist, and desire coach with over a decade of experience in the field. I believe that sex is sacred, pleasure is healing, and desire is our motivation to grow. In my 1:1 coaching, workshops, and retreats, I create a space where people of all genders can explore and heal their relationship to their desire and sexuality in a shame-free, non-judgmental environment.
