What to Expect:
Unearthing Your Pleasure Body is a 12-week live journey intended to invite participants into an embodied exploration of their sensuality, desire, pleasure, and erotic authenticity.
Within this container, you will be guided through weekly sensual care practices to awaken, enliven, and nourish your pleasure body. You’ll spend time consciously connecting to your body, your desires, and your eroticism to cultivate a deeper understanding of the pleasure, power, and potential of your sexual self.

We’ll explore our relationship to desire, sexuality, pleasure, and belonging through the body.
Throughout our time together, you’ll have an opportunity to drop into your internal sensory world through breath, movement, embodied meditations, sound healing, and sensual self-care practices.
SYSTEMIC FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Get to the root of your patterns…
Uncover the ancestral dynamics that influence your life, your relationships, and your sexual expression.
Intergenerational bonds create patterns of love and belonging that echo throughout our connections. By feeling into these hidden patterns, we’re able to acknowledge the root of our challenges and transform blocks into resources.
INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT
This is an intimate group experience where we’ll be exploring personal and collective themes around pleasure and desire
In addition to support during the live calls, participants will receive three 1-on-1 private sessions with Elise as part of the program. One systemic family constellation session to release deep patterns that block your authentic expression, and two desire catalyst sessions to enliven your intentions and explore sexual skill-building.

Coming Home to the Body:
We’ll begin with building foundational somatic practices, awakening your senses, and releasing shame and judgment. Nervous System Attunement. Unpacking Your Erotic Toolkit. The Body as an All. Understanding Your Erotic Landscape.

Arc 2: Weeks 4-6
Roots & Cycles:
We’ll be exploring the deeper ecosystem of embodied connection. Loosening inherited patterns around intimacy and belonging. Exploring Cycles of Desire. Expanding Erotic Expression. Setting Heartful Boundaries. Rhythmic Reciprocity.

Sensual Aliveness:
We’ll welcome more curiosity, play, and presence. Practices and skill-building to tend your erotic authenticity. Desire as a Compass. Pleasure Mapping. Expanding Your Erotic Vocabulary. Building Presence. Orgasm Beyond the Ordinary.

Living Erotic Liberation:
We’ll build sustainable pleasure practices to carry us forward, beyond the container of the course. Freeing Our Erotic Voice. Embodiment Rituals & Sex Magic. Enlivened Self-Pleaure. Intentional Integration to weave it all together.

This program is open to people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship configurations. Although we’ll be working with and talking openly about sexuality and desire, there will be no explicit sexual touch. No previous experience or knowledge of Family Constellations is necessary.

About the Facilitator
Hi, I’m Elise Bish. I’m a conscious sexuality educator, systemic family constellations facilitator, folk herbalist, and desire coach with over a decade of experience in the field. I believe that sex is sacred, pleasure is healing, and desire is our motivation to grow. In my 1:1 coaching, workshops, and retreats, I create a space where people of all genders can explore and heal their relationship to their desire and sexuality in a shame-free, non-judgmental environment.
